১০. এই পাতায় যে তথ্য গুলো দিতে হবে সেগুলো হলো : আপনার নাম, জন্মের তারিখ, বয়স, লিঙ্গ, যোগাযোগের জন্য ঠিকানা, ব্লক বা মিউনিসিপালিটি , জেলা , ইমেইল , মোবাইল নম্বর , বিকল্প মোবাইল নম্বর। এই তথ্য গুলো দিয়ে নেক্সট এ ক্লিক করুন।
১১. এর পরের পাতায় আপনার ব্যাবসার সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য দিতে হবে। এখানে যে তথ্য গুলো দিতে হবে সেগুলো হলো : ব্যাবসার নাম , ব্যাবসার মালিকের নাম, ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর, আপনার ব্যবসা কতটা জায়গা নিয়ে তৈরী তার মাপ।
১২. এর পরের পাতাটি যারা মোবাইল ভেন্ডিং ইউনিটস (Mobile Vending Units) এর জন্য আবেদন করবেন তাদের জন্য। সেখানে তাদের যানবাহনের প্রকারভেদ , রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর দিতে হবে।
১৩. এর পরের পাতায় আপনাকে যে সব তথ্য এই আবেদনের সঙ্গে দিতে হবে তার সম্পর্কে বিবরণ দিতে হবে। এই পাতায় যে গুলো লাগবে সেগুলো হলো : FSSAI Lic No., GSTIN, Trade Lic No., AADHAR No., PAN, প্রতিদিন কত প্রোডাক্ট আপনি নেবেন (Estimated Daily Intake of products). এর পর আপনাকে টিক দিতে হবে যে যে প্রোডাক্ট আপনি আপলোড করবেন তার ওপর। এর পর আপনাকে ঘোষণা (Declaration) দিতে হবে যে আপনি এই ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি সম্পর্কে সমস্ত শর্তাবলী পড়ছেন এবং তার সাথে একমত।

৫. কোম্পানি যে কোনো আবেদন গ্রহণ বা বর্জন করতে পারে।
৬. আবেদনকারীকে ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি আবেদন করার আগেই FSSAI লাইসেন্স এর জন্য নির্দিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইট (https://foodlicensing.fssai.gov.in/index.aspx) এ আবেদন করতে হবে।
৭. নিয়োগকৃত ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি সময় সময় খুচরো franchise মুনাফা লাভ করবে , মুনাফার পরিমান পরিবর্তিত হবে।
৮. ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি BDL বিক্রয় অংশীদারদের সাথে অর্ডার দেবে। বিক্রয় অংশীদার ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি গুলো কে অর্ডার সাপ্লাই করবে।
৯. যদি অর্ডার করা পণ্যের পরিমান বাড়ে তাহলে ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি গুলো সরাসরি কোম্পানিকে অর্ডার দিতে পারে।
১০. নিযুক্ত ফ্রাঞ্চাইজিগুলি অন্য কোনো ব্রান্ডের পণ্য বিক্রয় করতে পারবে না। তারা শুধু বাংলার ডেয়ারি এবং বাংলার ডেয়ারির অধীনের ব্র্যান্ড গুলো বিক্রয় করতে পারবে।
১১. প্রোডাক্ট বা পণ্য গুলো ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি গুলো কে দেওয়া পণ্য মুজুতের ওপর নির্ভর করে।
১২. সমস্ত পণ্য একটি নির্দ্ধিষ্ট তাপমাত্রা মেনে দোকানে রাখতে হবে। মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ আধিকারিক রা যে কোনো সময় ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি বা দোকানে উপস্থিত হয়ে সমস্ত ব্যাপার পরিদর্শন করতে পারেন। যদি সঠিক তাপমাত্রায় যথাযথ ভাবে পণ্য না রাখা হয় তাহলে ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি লাইসেন্স বাতিল করে দেওয়া হবে।
১৩. রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফী এবং সিকিউরিটি ডিপোজিট সময় মতো জমা করতে হবে সময়সূচী – A (Schedule A) অনুসারে।
১৪. ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি পণ্য কতটা মজুদ আছে তা অনুমোদিত প্রতিনিধি (গুলি) দ্বারা পরিদর্শন করা হবে।
১৫. একবার কোনো পণ্য বিক্রয় হয়ে গেলে তা ফেরত নেওয়া হবে না। যদি না সেই পণ্যে কোনো প্রক্রিয়া গত ত্রুটি না থাকে।
১৬. কোনো পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় ফেরত দিতে হবে এবং নির্দিষ্ট ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর কে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
১৭. ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি যদি কোনো অসৎ উপায় অবলম্বন করে ব্যবসা করে তাহলে তাদের লাইসেন্স কোনো কারণ না দেখিয়েই বাতিল করা হবে।
১৮. কখন কোনো মতপার্থক্য যদি দেখা যায় তাহলে ম্যানেজিং ডিরেক্টর বাংলার মুখ চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত নেবেন এবং তার কথা ফ্রাঞ্চাইজি , ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর সকলকে মেনে নিতে হবে।
১৯. কোনো বিরোধ যদি পারস্পরিক ভাবে মেটানো না যায় তাহলে চেয়ারম্যান বা তিনিও যদি মেটাতে না পারেন তাহলে মাননীয় কলকাতা হাইকোর্ট এর দ্বারা মীমাংসা করা হবে।
